Hello! I’m Cynthia Patterson, a founder with 20+ years of experience in Human Resources/People Operations, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse industries including tech, healthcare, non-profit, retail, and AI. I consider myself fortunate to have been a part of creating People-First, equitable workplaces while scaling organizational growth. PeopleOps.how was born out of a belief that every organization, regardless of size, should have a trusted partner to build their People vision. My approach is industry- and tech-agnostic—we seamlessly integrate into different verticals and your existing platforms and processes, supporting everything from Talent Acquisition to Payroll. One key strength is the ability to be “airlifted in” and get right to work. My passions are equally diverse —I’m a former Board Advisory Member for an HR software company, an Ambassador for Resources for Humans (a global HR community of over 20K professionals), and I host meetups and webinars within the People Operations community. Home has been Seattle, Boston, and now New York City—where I’m always exploring new food, experiences, and the unique aspects of the city. I also recharge by fostering animals, volunteering with Think!Chinatown, NY State Board of Elections, and other community organizations.
